Alvoira is an AI-powered video generation platform that enables users to create short-form motivational videos for social media platforms including YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. The Service includes video generation, scheduling, and auto-publishing features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Users between 13-18 may use the Service only with verifiable parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Alvoira offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

Alvoira does not claim copyright over AI-generated content. However, similar prompts may produce similar outputs for other users. You are responsible for ensuring your published content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

Users acknowledge that by connecting their YouTube account, they grant Alvoira permission to upload videos and manage video metadata on their behalf using the YouTube Data API. Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account security settings.

Alvoira is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, or any other third-party platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Alvoira and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvoira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

15. Instagram Integration

Alvoira allows users to connect their Instagram account to publish content directly to Instagram Reels. This connection is established through Meta’s official APIs and requires user authorization.

Users may disconnect their Instagram account at any time, and Alvoira will immediately stop accessing their Instagram data.

Use of Instagram APIs is subject to Meta Platform Terms. You retain full ownership of your Instagram account. Alvoira only posts content you explicitly approve.

16. Meta Platform Disclaimer

Alvoira is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. Use of Instagram features is subject to Meta’s terms and policies.

17. Account Connection and Revocation

Users may connect third-party accounts such as Instagram to use publishing features.

Users can revoke access at any time through their Instagram or Meta account settings, or by disconnecting the account within Alvoira.
