We access YouTube data only after user authorization via Google OAuth and use it strictly to provide the requested publishing functionality. Alvoira does not store, sell, or share YouTube data except as required to operate the service.

Alvoira's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Users can revoke Alvoira's access to their YouTube account at any time via their Google Account security settings.

6. Google User Data Usage & Limitations

Alvoira accesses Google user data only to provide user-requested features, such as authentication and publishing videos to YouTube.

We collect the following Google user data when authorized by the user:

Basic profile information (name, email address, profile image) for authentication
YouTube channel information and video upload permissions for publishing content

We do not use Google user data for:

Advertising or marketing purposes
Selling or sharing with data brokers
User profiling or behavioral tracking
Training machine learning or AI models
Creating external databases

Google user data is accessed only during active user actions and is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested service or until the user revokes access or deletes their account.

Google user data is not reviewed by humans unless required to provide user support or resolve technical issues requested by the user.

14. Instagram Data Usage

Alvoira allows users to connect their Instagram account to publish content directly to Instagram Reels. We access Instagram data only after explicit user authorization via Meta (Facebook) Login.

We access only these Instagram permissions:

instagram_business_basic: Read account ID, username, profile picture, and media type
instagram_business_content_publish: Publish Reels and Stories on your behalf

We do NOT access: Direct messages, comments, followers list, insights, audience data, or other users' information.

This data is used strictly to publish videos generated by the user and is never used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.

Alvoira’s use of Instagram data complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

16. Data Deletion and User Control

To request deletion, delete your account from Settings → Account, or email support@alvoira.com with subject "Delete My Data". We process requests within 30 days.

Users have full control over their data and may request deletion at any time.

Upon account deletion, all associated personal data is permanently removed from our systems
